Installation protocol:
Use M5×16 mounting screws (recommended torque 2.0±0.4 N·m).
Apply thread sealant to end plate ports. For multi-base connections,
maintain 0.5mm gap between units for thermal expansion.
Perform air tightness test at 0.6 MPa for 3 minutes post-installation.
