Maintenance protocol:
Refill when oil level drops below 1/3 capacity. Replace filter element (P/N: GAL-FE20) every 2,000 operating hours. For cold environments below 0℃, use winter-grade oil with anti-gel additives.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
