Installation protocol:
Mount vertically with arrow aligned to airflow direction. Install downstream of
aftercoolers (recommended ΔP ≤0.02MPa). Replace coalescing element every 4000
operational hours. Drain bowl requires weekly inspection in humid environments.
Critical note:
Do not use with synthetic ester-based lubricants. Maintain system pressure
above 0.3MPa during operation for optimal separation efficiency. Always depressurize
before servicing.
