Installation guidelines:
Apply thread locker (Loctite 243 recommended) on mounting screws.
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between clamp arm and workpiece surface
when fully open. Lubricate sliding surfaces with ISO VG32 pneumatic oil
every 500,000 cycles.
Max lateral load: 50N.
Do not exceed 80% of rated pressure for continuous operation.
Avoid side impacts exceeding 5J during workpiece misalignment events.
