Installation note:
Maintain 0.5-1mm clearance between stopper rod and workpiece surface during setup.
Use M6x1.0 mounting screws (Grade 8.8 or higher) with recommended torque of 5.5N·m.
For vertical installations, install air exhaust silencers downward to prevent debris accumulation.
