Installation guidelines:
Mount using M5x0.8 screws (max torque 3.5N·m) with perpendicularity tolerance ≤0.1mm.
Lubricate with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil before initial use. Allow 2-3mm clearance around
rod end for thermal expansion. Cycle 3-5 times at low pressure before full operation.
