Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic oil (ISO VG32) to swivel surfaces before initial use.
Tighten using 8mm crowfoot wrench on hex flats - do NOT grip rotating collar.
Max angular deflection under pressure: 3° from neutral axis.
