Installation guidelines:
Use filtered compressed air (5-40μm) with recommended 0.1-1.0μm lubricator.
Maintain minimum 10mm clearance below exhaust port. Avoid lateral forces on
vacuum cups exceeding 15N. For continuous operation, install heat sink plate
(AXK-12HS) when ambient temperature exceeds 45℃.
