Installation note:
Requires 5μm filtered air supply with ISO VG32-grade lubricant.
Avoid side load exceeding 2N during operation. For vertical mounting,
use locking nuts on piston rod threads (M5×0.8). Regular lubrication
intervals: 500km stroke or 6 months.
