The AirTAC BSE80X250 is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with an integrated spring-applied, air-released rod lock. It provides a 3600 N bidirectional static holding force with no live air, ensuring suspended loads stay put during an E-stop or pressure drop. Operating pressure is capped at 0.7 MPa.
This 80 mm bore unit features a 25 mm rod, an M20x1.5 rod-end thread, and PT3/8 cylinder ports. The lock uses a separate G1/8 release port and must engage only after the rod stops. This SKU has no magnet, so it does not support position sensing.
Rod Lock — 3600 N Static Holding (Ø80mm)
