Precision-machined sealing plug with dual sealing mechanism - combines metal-to-metal seat contact and integrated O-ring (NBR 70°±5) for leak-proof performance. Features anti-corrosion nickel plating and laser-etched size identification. Compatible with ISO 1179-1 standard ports.

Installation guidance:
Apply 242 thread sealant (medium strength) and tighten with 6mm hex key.
Max 180° rotation after hand-tight. Avoid overtightening - proper seal
achieved at 1/4 to 1/2 turn past finger tight. Replace O-ring (AS568-006)
every 5 installations.
