Precision-engineered sealing plug featuring a tapered thread design that creates pressure-assisted sealing without additional gaskets. The electroless nickel coating provides corrosion resistance exceeding 96 hours in salt spray tests (ASTM B117).

Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant to male threads (Type PTFE paste recommended for temperatures above 80℃).
Use calibrated torque wrench - over-tightening may distort sealing cone geometry.
Reusable up to 5 installations when properly cleaned.
