With 130 mm of stroke and 981 N of push at 0.5 MPa, the MARU50X130S suits transfer and clamp jobs that need more reach than the usual 100 mm minis. Air works both ways - double acting with a variable cushion at each end - and the up-facing bracket is rolled into the stainless barrel as part of the body, so no separate foot or flange hardware is needed.
The 16 mm hard-chrome rod runs in riveted aluminium-alloy covers. As a rule of thumb, budget roughly 589 N of usable push at 0.5 MPa instead of the full 981 N; that equals about 60 kg of horizontal push with margin. If 981 N is overkill, the 40 mm bore gives 628 N at 0.5 MPa in the same round-body family; for more, the 63 mm version reaches 1558 N. The cushion only softens end-of-stroke shock - on air loss the rod drifts, so add a rod lock for fail-safe holding. Ports depend on bore alone: this 50 mm unit uses 1/4 inch. For the extra exposed rod on a 130 mm stroke, guide the load externally to limit side load and bending.
