Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of PTFE-based thread sealant on male threads.
Tighten to 0.8-1.2 N·m torque using calibrated torque wrench.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× working pressure after assembly.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based hydraulic fluids.
Maximum angular misalignment tolerance: ±3°.
Requires 5μm filtered air with ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 3.4.2 purity.
