Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant to male ports only. Maximum 180° rotation during tube insertion.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× working pressure after installation. Avoid cross-threading -
finger-tighten before final torque application.
Not compatible with PTFE tape.
Use liquid thread sealant (LOCTITE 577 recommended) for leak-free connections.
Replace O-rings every 5,000 actuation cycles in high-vibration environments.
