High-flow reducing tee featuring corrosion-resistant nickel plating and precision-machined POM inserts. The asymmetric T-configuration allows space-saving installation in compact pneumatic systems. Sealing surfaces are hand-tightened with dual O-ring design (NBR 70°) for zero-leak performance. Compatible with air, water, and inert gases.

Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on male threads.
Tighten to 14-18 N·m torque using backup wrench on hex flats.
Avoid overtightening which may crack POM inserts.
Perform pressure test at 1.25× working pressure after installation.
Cleaning: Ultrasonic clean with pH-neutral solution, never use chlorinated solvents
