Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on male threads. Tighten to 12-15N·m torque.
Avoid overtightening – sealant contact should occur within final 1.5 threads.
Fluid Compatibility:
Compressed air (ISO 8573-1 Class 3), inert gases, water-glycol mixtures, and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids (with FKM seals).
