The AirTAC AirTAC 3V210-06 Solenoid Valve, 3V200 Series (3V21006NOAI) is a genuine 3-port 2-position (3/2) solenoid valve with 1/8 in ports. A 3/2 valve either feeds its outlet or vents it to exhaust, so it suits single-acting cylinders, air blow, clamping, vacuum switching and pilot duty. We stock this code and confirm its published figures from the datasheet on request.
A 3/2 solenoid valve has three ports - supply, outlet and exhaust - and two states. In the de-energised position of this normally open version, air already flows from supply to outlet; energising the coil shuts the outlet off and vents it to exhaust. That reversed default is exactly what a fail-supply or keep-blowing circuit needs.
This is a genuine AirTAC 3V21006NOAI. The coil runs on AC220V and reaches the valve on flying leads, so no separate DIN socket or plug has to be bought and wired. Across the 3V1, 3V2 and 3V3 families you can also order normally closed versions, AC110V, AC24V, DC24V and DC12V coils, DIN-plug entry, and manifold bases. Pressure, flow and coil-power figures are not published on this page; ask us and we will read them out of the datasheet for you.

A 3/2 valve has three ports — supply, outlet and exhaust — and two states. It either feeds the outlet or vents it to exhaust, and that is the whole job.
That makes it the right valve for a single-acting (spring-return) cylinder, on/off air blow, a clamp, switching a vacuum generator or suction cup, and piloting a larger valve.
It cannot run a double-acting cylinder. A double-acting cylinder needs air alternately on two sides, which takes a 5-port valve — the AirTAC 4V series.
Keeps a cleaning air jet flowing while the machine is idle and only cuts it when the PLC energises the coil - the normally open default suits a blow that must not dead-end.
A small 3/2 valve switching supply to the actuator port of a bigger pneumatically piloted valve, and venting it again when the coil drops out.
Switches a vacuum generator or vents a suction cup so a steel sheet lets go exactly when the robot commands it.
Normally open is the right choice when the outlet must pass air while the panel is off or tripped - a purge or blow line that must not dead-end, for example. If your circuit instead needs air only when energised, choose the NC version of this body. The 1/8in port sits between M5 and 1/4in in the family, so match it to the fitting on your single-acting cylinder or blow nozzle; larger actuators should step up a port size. Coil voltage is fixed at order time: AC220V here, and it cannot be changed by rewiring. Because we hold no published flow figures for this family, send us the actuator details and we will confirm sizing before you order. For a 3-port valve with full published flow and coil-power data today, look at the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 bodies; for a double-acting cylinder you need a 5-port valve from the AirTAC 4V series instead. PT is the standard thread on this family; G and NPT are catalogue options.
Confirm before you order
Those figures sit in the AirTAC datasheet rather than on this page. Send us an RFQ and we will confirm operating pressure, flow and coil power for your exact code. If you need published numbers in front of you right now, the AirTAC 3V2 and 3V3 3-port bodies carry documented flow and coil-power figures.
A NO valve passes air from supply to outlet while de-energised and vents when powered - the safe default for circuits that must keep blowing or feeding through a power cut. A NC valve does the opposite. Note that neither state can drive a double-acting cylinder; that takes a 5-port valve such as the AirTAC 4V series.
