Installation protocol:
(1) Deburr tubing ends with 15° chamfer (2) Insert until "click" sound (3) Confirm retention by pulling with 50N force (4) Apply thread sealant on male threads (5) Torque to 1.2-1.5 N·m. Avoid using with ester-based lubricants.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtration for abrasive media applications. Not suitable for vacuum systems below -95kPa. Maximum permissible lateral load: 30N at port openings.
