Installation advice:
Ensure proper alignment of guide rods during assembly. For vertical mounting,
use spring return side as upward direction. Allow 0.5mm thermal expansion
clearance per 100mm cylinder length.
Maintenance note:
Replace cushion seals every 500,000 cycles in high-speed applications.
Use only ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if manual relubrication is required.
