Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise on threads. Use two wrenches
in counter-rotating motion to prevent component twisting. Avoid
thread compound over-application - excess material may enter fluid lines.
Not recommended for:
Pulsating pressures above 5Hz, cryogenic media below -30℃,
or chlorine-based chemicals. Requires thread inspection gauge
(GO/NOGO) verification after 50 installation cycles.
