The AirTAC BSE80X150 is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with an integrated spring-applied, air-released rod lock. It delivers a 3600 N bidirectional static holding force, ensuring suspended loads stay fixed the moment air pressure drops or an E-stop trips. Operating pressure is capped at 0.7 MPa.
This 80 mm bore unit runs at 30-800 mm/s and features adjustable air cushions at both ends. The lock uses a separate G1/8 release port to overcome the clamping collet. Because it uses the standard SE body, all SE mounting accessories fit perfectly except FTC.
Rod Lock — 3600 N Static Holding (Ø80mm)
