About the Airtac MAC Stainless Steel Mini Air Cylinder MAC20X90SU
A 90 mm stroke version of AirTAC's round-body MAC series, the MAC20X90SU is double acting and carries a variable air cushion at both ends. The stainless-steel barrel and hard-chrome plated rod shrug off washdown and damp shop air, a real edge over painted-steel minis in food plants and outdoor gear. Aluminium covers and a stainless block are riveted onto the tube, so the sealed body stays rigid in service.
At 0.5 MPa (22-145 psi) the bore 20 piston pushes 157 N and pulls back 131.9 N; at 0.7 MPa push reaches 219.8 N. For real work plan on roughly 94 N of push, and the same force lifts about 8 kg vertically with a 2:1 margin. The magnet is built in as standard, so CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches clip on without ordering a special piston.
