Need 1558 N of push but only 25 mm of travel? The MAC63X25SU pairs AirTAC's largest MA bore with a U flat-end back cover that bolts straight against a machine face. It is double acting with a variable air cushion at both ends, so even fast 800 mm/s moves land soft on the covers.
Construction is the classic MA pack: a stainless round barrel, a hard-chrome plated 16 mm steel rod, and aluminium covers rolled onto the tube for a sealed, riveted body. Air at 0.15-1.0 MPa (22-145 psi), filtered to 40 um, does the work, and the built-in magnet feeds CMSG, DMSG or EMSG switches with no extra-order piston. Plan the job on about 935 N of real work at 0.5 MPa rather than the full 1558 N rating.
