Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant only on male threads (not on first 1.5 threads).
Hand-tighten plus 1/4 turn with wrench. Avoid cross-threading -
initial alignment must show ≥3 visible thread engagements before tightening.
Compatibility note:
Not recommended for pulsating fluids or thermal cycling applications
above 80℃ without FKM seals. Requires annual torque check in
high-vibration environments.
