Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (Loctite 577 recommended) on male threads before assembly.
Tighten to 1.2–1.5 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Avoid overtightening which may deform sealing geometry.
Compatibility note:
Not suitable for steam or aggressive chemical media. Maximum particle size in fluid: 50μm.
For oxygen systems, require degreasing with acetone prior to installation.
