Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (Loctite 577 recommended) to male threads only.
Torque specification: 1.2-1.5 N·m for nylon version, 2.0-2.5 N·m for brass.
Avoid cross-threading by hand-starting 3 full rotations before final tightening.
