1. This PGJ reducer union series is constructed with copper-free materials, suitable for direct use in copper-sensitive environments;
2. Offers multiple configurations and size specifications, widely compatible with various pneumatic systems;
3. Features excellent flow characteristics achieving capacity equivalent to the inner diameter of connected tubing;
4. Push-in tube connection design enables quick installation/removal, with robust mechanical interfaces ensuring secure and durable tubing connections.
Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (if using BSPP).
Insert tubes straight until hearing a click from the collet mechanism.
Maximum torque 1.2N·m during threaded assembly.
Pressure test at 1.5× working pressure after installation.
