Installation protocol:
Apply 242 medium-strength thread locker on male threads before assembly.
Use 17mm crowfoot wrench for final tightening. Re-torque after 50 operating cycles.
Avoid continuous rotation beyond ±25° to prevent premature wear.
Lubricate pivot point with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil every 200hrs in high-cycle applications.
