Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic oil (ISO VG32) to pivot point before initial use.
Tighten with calibrated torque wrench at 6.5±0.5 Nm.
Avoid overtightening which may deform sealing surface.
Compatibility note:
Not recommended for vacuum applications above 90 kPa.
Use thread sealant compatible with pneumatic fluids when installing NPT version.
