Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Tighten using calibrated torque wrench
in staged increments (50% → 75% → 100% torque). Perform pressure test at 1.5×
working pressure after installation.
Avoid side-load stresses exceeding 15N·m.
Replace O-rings every 5,000 operating cycles or 12 months (whichever comes first).
Not suitable for high-frequency pulsation (>5Hz) applications.
