Heavy-duty 90° pneumatic connector with forged hexagon body for tool engagement. Features dual O-ring seals (NBR standard) and anti-vibration thread locking design. Compatible with ISO 1179-2 and DIN 2353 port standards. Includes integrated dust cap retention groove.

Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 577 recommended) on male threads only.
Tighten using crowfoot wrench with torque limiter - do NOT exceed 80% of
maximum torque value. Perform 3x pressure cycling (0-10 bar) after installation
to verify seal integrity.
Avoid side-loading:
Ensure connected tubing/piping has proper support brackets within 150mm
of joint to prevent bending moments. Not recommended for pulsating
frequencies above 25Hz without vibration analysis.
