Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic lubricant (ISO VG32 grade) on pivot points during assembly.
Tighten with 4-5 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Perform angular stress test
(45° deflection x 100 cycles) post-installation. Replace O-rings (Parker HNBR 2.5mm)
every 50,000 cycles in high-load applications.
Critical note:
Avoid overtightening beyond 6 N·m to prevent ball socket deformation.
Not compatible with pulsating pressures above 1.2 MPa.
Always inspect thread engagement depth (minimum 8mm per side) during PM checks.
