Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads. Use two wrenches -
one on the hexagonal base (24mm AF) and another on the swivel nut (17mm).
Do not exceed 3.5 N·m tightening torque. Rotate fittings after
final assembly to verify smooth movement.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
