Installation protocol:
Cut tube ends square (max 0.5° angle tolerance) and deburr before insertion.
For maintenance, use dedicated tube release collar tool (AIRTAC PN: TCT-12).
Apply silicone-free lubricant when connecting to aluminum tubing.
