Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (ASME B1.20.1 compliant).
Tighten until the hex face contacts the mating surface - do not exceed 120° rotation after hand-tight.
Use backup wrench on the 14mm flat to prevent swivel deformation.
