Heavy-duty panel-mount pneumatic connector featuring dual O-ring seals and anti-rotation flats. Precision-machined with 3µm tolerance for leak-free transitions through equipment panels. Zinc-nickel composite coating provides 500hr salt spray resistance.

Installation protocol:
Use backup wrench on hex flats during assembly. Apply Loctite 577
on male threads when used with aluminum panels. Maximum 3° angular
misalignment tolerance during connection.
Fluid Compatibility:
Compressed air (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2-4-2), inert gases,
and HFA/HFC hydraulic fluids. Not recommended for steam or
aggressive chemicals.
