Heavy-duty bulkhead fitting designed for secure pneumatic line passthrough in panel-mounted applications. Features anti-vibration flange design with integrated O-ring (AS568-008 standard) for leak-free sealing. The stepped hex collar prevents overtightening and ensures 360° rotational stability after installation.

Installation protocol:
Use two wrenches simultaneously - stabilize back nut with 13mm wrench while tightening front connector with 17mm wrench. Apply PTFE tape 2.5 turns clockwise on male threads before panel mounting. Maximum panel thickness: 8mm.
Critical note:
Avoid using pipe sealants containing silicone or ammonia. Post-installation pressure test required - maintain 1.5× working pressure for 5 minutes with SMC soap solution leak check.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
