Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (clockwise winding).
Torque to 12-15 N·m using backup wrench on hex flats.
Avoid cross-threading by initial hand-tightening before final torque.
Fluid Note:
Not recommended for steam or aggressive chemicals.
For liquid applications, specify PYB402D-S-L (with liquid-grade sealant).
