Precision-machined brass tee connector featuring triple chrome plating for enhanced corrosion resistance. Designed with 360° rotatable ports for flexible piping alignment. Internal flow channels are deburred and polished to minimize pressure drop (ΔP ≤0.02MPa @ 0.5MPa).

Installation guidelines:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (viscosity ≤50 cSt) on threads before assembly.
Tighten to 1.2-1.5 N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Avoid overtightening - maximum
1/4 turn past finger-tight. Test at 0.8MPa for 5 minutes post-installation.
Service Life:
500,000 cycles minimum @ 0.5MPa (with 40μm filtered dry air). Replace O-rings
every 2 years or when leakage exceeds 5 bubbles/min under soap test (ISO 1179-1).
