Installation Protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape clockwise. Tighten with 0.8-1.2N·m torque.
Avoid overtightening beyond 120% of specified torque to prevent resin collar deformation.
Test rotation smoothness before pressurization.
Compatibility Note:
Not recommended for steam/water applications. For vacuum systems,
use with APVH series vacuum-rated seals. Maximum angular vibration
tolerance: ±15° at 50Hz frequency.
