Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (do not exceed 270° wrap angle).
Use backup wrench on hex flats during assembly to prevent body deformation.
Perform pressure test at 1.5× operating pressure after installation.
Fluid Compatibility:
Compressed air (ISO 8573-1:2010 Class 2-4-2), inert gases.
Not recommended for steam, acids, or phosphate ester fluids.
