Precision-machined pneumatic tee connector with corrosion-resistant nickel coating, designed for compact pneumatic circuit branching. Features dual O-ring sealing (NBR) and anti-vibration thread design. The L-shaped configuration enables 90° flow direction change while maintaining minimal pressure drop (ΔP ≤0.02MPa @1MPa).

Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5–2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (Do NOT use liquid sealant).
Tighten to 3.5–4.2N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Perform pressure test
at 1.2× system pressure after installation.
Avoid side-load stresses –
Use flexible tubing within 50mm of connector. Not compatible with
phosphate ester hydraulic fluids.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
