Installation protocol:
Apply 2-3 drops of pneumatic sealant (viscosity ≤200cSt) on threads before assembly.
Tighten to 1.2-1.5N·m torque using crowfoot wrench. Avoid overtightening which may
deform NBR seals. Perform pressure test at 1.25× working pressure after installation.
