Installation guidelines:
Apply PTFE tape clockwise on male threads (2-3 wraps max).
Use two wrenches - one to hold base port while tightening branches.
Avoid cross-threading by hand-starting all connections.
Maintenance:
Inspect seals every 6 months in continuous operation.
Use pneumatic system lubricant (ISO VG32) if air lines are lubricated.
Maximum re-torque cycles: 5 times before seal replacement recommended.
