Installation protocol:
Apply 360° thread sealant (LOCTITE 577 recommended) to male threads.
Hand-tighten plus 1/4 turn with wrench. Avoid overtightening -
maximum 2.5N·m torque. Perform pressure test at 1.25× working pressure
after installation.
Not compatible with chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong acids.
Replace O-rings every 5 years or 50,000 pressure cycles.
Use PTFE tape only on male threads (never on female ports).
