90° compact elbow connector designed for space-constrained pneumatic systems. Features leak-proof metal-to-metal sealing with secondary NBR O-ring protection. The internal flow path is precision reamed to minimize pressure drop (tested ΔP <0.02MPa @1MPa).

Installation protocol:
Apply thread sealant (LOCTITE 577 recommended) to male threads only.
Tighten 1.25-1.75 turns past finger-tight position. Avoid overtightening -
maximum allowable deformation 0.05mm at port face.
Tube Prep Requirement:
Cut tubes square (max 0.5° angular error) and deburr.
Insertion depth mark at 13mm from tube end.
Not compatible with push-to-connect systems - requires ferrule-type fittings.
