High-density bulkhead union designed for panel-mounted pneumatic connections, featuring dual sealing surfaces and anti-vibration thread lock structure. The through-hole design minimizes pressure drop (ΔP ≤0.02MPa @1MPa). Electroplated surface meets 48hr neutral salt spray test (NSS).

Installation protocol:
Apply 1.5-2 wraps of PTFE tape on male threads (do not over-tighten).
