Installation protocol:
Mount on ISO 5599/1 standard subplate (port SA). Maintain 20mm
clearance below valve for heat dissipation. Lubricate seals with
ISO VG32 turbine oil during maintenance.
Critical note:
Do NOT use silicone-based lubricants. Cycle rate must not exceed
5Hz continuous operation. Always install downstream pressure
regulator with 0.03MPa buffer margin.
