Installation guidelines:
Use vibration-resistant mounting brackets in high-cycle applications (>5Hz).
Maintain minimum 20mm clearance around exhaust ports. Lubricate with ISO VG32
pneumatic oil if operating in dry conditions. Requires 5μm filtration upstream.
Not recommended for:
Oxygen-rich atmospheres, flammable gases, or media containing solid particles
above ISO 4406 18/16/13 cleanliness class.
